Currently teaching IME 556 - Technological Project
Management in which the students are involved in
learning the techniques of project management, such
as: Project Planning, Scheduling Resources, Managing
Risk, Reducing Project Duration, Progress and
Performance Measurement and Evaluation, and
Leadership.
These
skills will be reinforced with the Cal Poly "learn
by doing" method, by the implementation of a quarter
long project involving a community member's home.
